Includes large master suite upstairs. One CCTV, VCR, DVD player, wireless internet. Well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space, large pantry with plenty of storage, ice maker, and charcoal grill. Large dining room table (seats ten) and four stools allow seating at the counter. Open dining and living area with new large windows provide a great view of the ocean. New luxury vinyl flooring and remodeled living space in 2019. Oceanside deck with partial shade from the roof above and rockers. Walkway to the beach. Deck on the street side. Plenty of storage on the first level, which includes a full bathroom for those quick trips off the beach and for showering after a swim in the ocean. An outdoor shower (cold water only) provides a refreshing end to a day on the beach. Washer/dryer on the first level. Nightly rental off-season only and four-night minimum. You will be Re-juvenated after slipping into vacation mode and relaxing at the beach.

Those with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed during guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Perfect place for our yearly best friends trio. Nothing too fancy which is just our style! Great view out of the living room window. Right on the beach with easy access. Plenty of bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the cookware, dishes, and gadgets! Super bonus was the ice maker! Clean. Quiet near the end of the island location. We will definitely be back!
