Built for entertaining inside and out, large families will enjoy the comfortable living room, dining areas with enough seating for everyone, and a gourmet kitchen designed with plenty of counter and cabinet space. In addition, the property also features a first level wet bar and lounge.

With three stories of living space, this expansive home has plenty of room for your entire family to spread out. The high-end features extend outside as well, where you’ll find a private ocean front pool and ample outdoor furniture to enjoy the deck and sunshine. Situated on elevated decking, you’ll be able to enjoy the soft ocean breezes and sounds of the waves while enjoying the pool. With a covered porch with comfortable furniture overlooking it, caretakers can enjoy a welcome break from the sun and sand while still keeping an eye on the little ones.

This property's pool has heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Conveniently located close to the South Middleton Avenue, leaving the island to take a day trip to Southport or Wilmington for additional dining or shopping options is a breeze- if you can pull yourself away from this incredible home to do so! With high end finishes and no detail overlooked, Saltwater Blessing is sure to become your family’s perfect vacation destination.

Nightly rentals allowed October - February with three-night minimum.

Though pets are not allowed, dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

"It was beautifully decorated, very clean upon arrival, accommodated our large family, and we loved that is was right in the beach! It was nice to have two refrigerators.
