Wake up and enjoy beautiful ocean views including ships coming into the Cape Fear River and Old Baldy Lighthouse in the distance on the private balcony with outdoor furniture. Enjoy new appliances, hardwood and carpet floors, ceiling fans throughout as well as a Roku TV with DVD player in the living room and Roku TVs in all three bedrooms for personal entertainment.

Rinse off after a long day of fun in the sun in the cold outdoor shower at each complex beach access.

Easily access the soft OKI sand through the community walkway to beach, seasonal community pool, swing set, covered picnic area with park grills. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks and more.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent getaway to enjoy the Caswell/Oak Island/Southport area and the upgraded accommodations of Sandy Shore. The condo was so conveniently located to all that the area has to offer and the views from our balcony were stunning. The convenient beach access made morning walks and afternoon bocce ball a must. Very comfortable stay that met all of our family's needs and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit Sandy Shore!

Stunning beach condo! The instructions on how to get to and access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived after dark and had no troubles finding parking or getting in. The unit is incredibly welcoming and everything was extremely clean. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and fine details. The best part is the view of the ocean seen from the living room and master bedroom—with each room having their own access to the back deck. We also thoroughly enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves from the living room! As for everything else—the beds were comfy, each room had their own tv, there were also numerous fans available for use, the kitchen was loaded and we were offered access to beach chairs and an umbrella. The location of the condo is great! It was a short drive to catch the ferry over to Bald Head Island, and close to Southport that had lots of cute charm and shops. Overall, we highly recommend this oceanfront condo and will most definitely be back!

Sandy Shore is a wonderful condo in a wonderful location. It's very comfortably furnished and has all the amenities you will need. Fabulous views and sounds from the ocean front balcony and super easy access to the beach. Highly recommended!
