This house sports a great location that is just four streets over from the marsh crosswalk and public kayak launch and just four streets in the opposite direction from the 40th Street public beach access. When you are done soaking up the sun on the beach, the Intracoastal Waterway is right down the street providing more spectacular views.

We loved the layout and pool at the Sassy Seahorse. It was our second time staying and was a perfect space for together time and enough space for working or spending time alone. The pool is shaded in the morning and perfect for swimming and lounging!

Perfect for Our Cousin Vacation

We met up with our cousins for a week at the beach. 6 adults and 3 kids. The space was perfect and clean - room to work, space for kids to watch TV or play games, large table to eat together, well-provisioned kitchen. We loved being in the pool in the morning (shady) and night. Beach during the afternoon/evening. The dogs enjoyed the cool floor. It even has a dog door!
