It’s time to take a retreat that will stay embedded in your mind forever! Seas the View offers peace and relaxation so you and yours can indulge in every aspect of your vacation. Positioned approximately 417 feet away from the beach, you can take a stroll while inhaling the salty breeze and explore all the hidden treasures the island has to offer. This home even includes a private pool and a crow's nest.

Upon entering this home, you’ll walk into the beautifully decorated living room furnished with a sectional for family seating and two additional chairs. A beautiful surfboard coffee table sits in front of the sectional and the television is on the TV stand. This room is perfect for family night or to gather around and watch your favorite shows.

Flowing from the living room is the dining area that seats six. Four additional bar stools are featured as well for extra loved ones to join you at the table. Enjoy the deck view from the double glass doors as you feast on your favorite meal. The kitchen is beside the dining area and includes all white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. There is a plethora of cooking essentials, so no need to fret as you whip up your famous dish in this area. The half bathroom is located on this floor as well.

The first bedroom is stationed on the first floor next to the living room. With its colorful décor, this room is furnished with a king bed, a dresser for all of your items and a television. Here you can relax in solitude away from it all. This bedroom is also features a spacious closet for your all of your luggage. The first full bathroom is in this room.

As you go upstairs, you’ll find the other two bedrooms. The second sleeping quarter has two single-over-double bunk beds, a television and a dresser. This nautical themed room also has the second bathroom. Down the hall is an exit onto the covered deck with views of the ocean. The third bedroom is located by this exit and is supplied with a king bed, a dresser, television and a twin daybed. Brightly designed, this area has a bathroom that includes a his and her sink with a shower.

Take pleasure sitting on the deck and listening to the waves crash. Enjoy resting in the private saltwater pool while reducing everyday troubles, with heating available for an additional fee. Play a friendly game of cornhole with the ones you love or simply appreciate the short distance and walk to the ocean with the beach cart and beach chairs provided for you. On the covered deck is a spiral stairway that takes you up to the crow's nest. This particular spot is a favorite due to its elevated location, which is high enough for you to see panoramic views of the ocean. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable escapade, then look no further because Seas the View is your last stop!

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

We loved this rental, this is the 3rd year staying at OKI and this was our favorite rental!!! . Location, size of the house and the pool at the end of a Long Beach day was absolutely the best. The balconies both front and back and rooftop were so relaxing. Very clean and had everything we needed for our family. It sleeps 11, we ended up only having 7 people so we had plenty of room.

Nice space. Kids loved the pool. Clean and well maintained inside and out. Plenty of smallware, plates, and items for preparing daily meals. Beach access directly across the street.

Great location and pool. Loved how close we were to the beach without being on the beach. Just a short walk. Very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do.
