This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

One flat screen HDTV in living room, flat screen TV in queen rooms, built-in DVD players in one room. Covered porch access via living room and master bedroom. Covered porch with view of pool. Covered parking beneath complex. Short distance to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Seasonal pool. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Nightly reservations available with a three-night minimum stay.

Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The condo was clean and comfortable. There was more than enough kitchen items for cooking, as well as plates, cups and bowls. We enjoyed watching television with Roku and the local channels being available. This was especially important as Tropical Storm Debby was with us for the week. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Sol Retreat has been our home away from home for the last 6 years now. The location is perfect and everything about the place just makes us want to come back.

We needed a last minute place due to a problem with the hotel room we reserved at another place and Oak Island Accommodations came through for us. I wish I could remember the wonderful woman I spoke with. She was super helpful and gave excellent customer service. I was frazzled at the issue with our room but she eased my mind and helped us find the perfect place with the rentals they had available. The rental was wonderful! We stayed at the Palms condos in Sol Retreat. The space was perfect for us. Dog friendly, lay-out was great, plenty of room, well supplied and beautifully decorated.

The rental property was very nicely decorated and clean. Made us feel right at home when we arrived. We usually rent a house but decided because of our family (teenagers and granddaughter)-that the condo with the pool would work best for us. So glad we made that decision. We were close to the beach and within walking distance to the grocery store which really helped out a lot. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!
