Being on the sound provides a great view of the Sunsets and place for people to hang out. Having direct beach access across the street is great. The bathroom to the right of the entrance was updated which was great. Having a dock to park our boat for the week is very convenient.

Perfect location! The home provided our family of 12 with forever memories! Everything was clean and comfy. Fishing off the dock amd close walk to the beach made it feel like we had our own private paradise!

The cottage is a good location for ocean and sound activities, the porch railing update was fantastic, new towel hooks in downstairs bedrooms were helpful, adequate communication from OIA, The gift bag was really nice.
