Savor every moment with your family and make sweet memories together in this Southern-style bungalow! Situated close to amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, playground and splash pad, Suga Shack has everything you need to find a slower pace of living and feel inspired again!

Cuddle up with your kids to watch a movie or enjoy conversations in the open living room and dining area, which is surrounded by natural light, plenty of space and soothing contemporary artwork. Seating for eight in the living area.

Prepare snacks for your beach trip, have a family bake-off, or encourage the kids to help you cook in the roomy kitchen. The kitchen island seats four and the dining rooms table seats eight.

Two primary bedrooms with king-sized beds and full bathrooms, each outfitted with a large, tiled shower.

Two bedrooms situated in the front of the house are perfect for younger members of your party. Full bathroom in adjoining hallway. Single loft-style single over queen bed in one bedroom. Fourth bedroom has one queen bed.

Back porch has comfortable outdoor seating and overlooks the new in ground heated pool. After a day at the beach, head down the back stairs and step onto the soft artificial turf that surrounds the pool, or sunbathe on the sun deck. There is also a relaxing hangout area in the shade with seating for six, a gas grill and table.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

Would have been a 5 star for our group the house and pool are amazing . We loved our stay !! Well stocked kitchen , plenty of room, very clean. Just add better mattresses and this would be 7 Star !!! We can't tell you how much we enjoyed this home

The home was beautiful. We had to put in a maintenance ticket and it was addressed by 9am the next morning. The beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were awesome!

This was a fantastic home for our family’s Labor Day weekend! Open and spacious with enough room for everyone one to sleep, play, and relax. An awesome surprise was that the pool was a saltwater pool! Loved this house and are already to stay here again!
