Elevator, 1st floor bedroom suite has wide doors for wheelchair access and an ADA compliant bathroom. Threshold ramps from the two living areas allow access to the oceanfront deck, gazebo and dune top deck. Event friendly. Five flat panel TVs - three with basic cable and two with extended cable. Two DVD players, wireless internet access. Two covered porches, screened porch with views of Intracoastal Waterway, oceanfront deck, gazebo with private walkway to beach, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. First floor living area with wet bar equipped with mini-fridge and ice maker. Second floor main living area and kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers and a magnificent view of the ocean. Master suite on 2nd floor with a view of the ocean. Ceiling fans, extensive DVD library. Nightly rentals with a 3-night minimum.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, both cats and dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

The views from the house were magnificent. The house was very well-equipped and decorated. Any issues we had were handled quickly by OIA. Most issues were regarding elevator. One probably our fault. We played one of the many board games available and played cards. We had beautiful sunny weather but lots of wind. We were so glad we had such wonderful views of the ocean....

New house. Great find. Was in tip-top shape inside and out. As my brother said, it was " well-appointed." Had a blast. Encountered an elevator problem. Maintenance could not have been more customer-friendly and focused on fixing the lift. Problem quickly resolved. We worked with OIA for 30 years +/-. They've never let us down.

Our rental, Turtle Watch Too, was beautiful. The large family room windows gave us a gorgeous view of the ocean. The furniture was comfortable and very accommodating.

This house is perfect. The oceanfront view is outstanding, the porch is large, the walk down the private beach access is lovely, the furniture is comfortable and attractive, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan, appliance, and knife you could possibly need to cook just like you would at home. It's beautiful. We were sad to leave. Really the best beach house, from the Outerbanks to Holden, that we have every rented. We hope to come back soon!
