Open concept living area with hardwood floors. The living room is decorated in a traditional style with dark leather furniture. The dining area can seat up to six with six additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen boasts dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms located on the south side of the home have incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Five TV's (50-inch flat-screen TV with extended cable and DVD player in the living room), stereo, CD player and wireless internet.

The location was perfect for getting over the berm, near handicapped entrance. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have found yet in all the years we have come to Oak Island. I usually haul the right sized pots for spaghetti sauce, but I wouldn't have had to if I'd known how thoughtfully the kitchen had been organized. They even had a lemon juicer there right when I needed it. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were fine, the deck with new baby gate worked so well before the rains came. Alas, Tropical Strom Debby forced us to leave much earlier than we had planned. I wish I could have had the whole week. I'd recommend this cottage to any one who loves looking over the beach from the deck and listening to the surf. Lovely, lovely place.

A Villa Roja is a nice house with good access to the beach. Our vacation rental from Oak Island Accommodations met all of our families' needs and wants. The location was lovely and peaceful. The rental agency folks were professional and friendly and helpful. Our family really enjoyed our week at the beach. We will be back next year.
