Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the screened porch, covered porch, and two expansive decks with furniture, a direct walkway to beach over a freshwater pond with a double gazebo, beach cart for carrying all your beach gear. Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be occasionally present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Location and house were excellent. Very prompt service when needed from Oak Island Accommodations. We have rented this house for the past two years and have already made a deposit for 2025. Each bedroom (4) has its own bathroom and the house works well for a multigenerational family with ages 16-90. We enjoy the private boardwalk to the beach and the 90 year old loves the gazebo that she refers to as "the shed." Since she is afraid of falling on the beach, that location allows her to watch the family at the beach and gives her a place to work her puzzles. We like the covered deck area on second floor. The alligators swimming below the boardwalk are an added attraction when we see them. This year we spotted baby alligator and Mama alligator.

The house is perfect for our annual family beach vacation...location, area amenities, etc. We've stayed there several times, and it's wonderful knowing that every vacation is going to be great. Establishing memories for the grandchildren by being able to stay in the same house year after year is very important. Thank you!

The panoramic views of the ocean, marsh and dunes were breathtaking. The private boardwalk to the beach was a fantastic touch. The house was clean, and its convenient location near grocery stores and attractions made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
