Enjoy the ocean breeze on the partially covered front deck, rocking back and forth on beachy rocking chairs. Or, take a dip in the private pool! The outdoor shower has hot and cold water for those after the beach rinse-offs.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of East Dolphin Drive, SunBurns is a wonderful jumping off point for riding beach cruisers or taking your furry friends for a stroll. This vacation rental welcomes up to three dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals. There is also an option to rent the Bintelli six-seater golf cart for an additional fee of $600.

With polished wooden floors, a stunning kitchen countertop, a large dining table and additional seating at the bar, you'll want to stay in and cook dinner with the whole family! Providing a full-service kitchen, this rental comes with everything you need to make a meal at home, along with two refrigerators for extra food storage. It conveniently includes a washer and dryer for refreshing salty bathing suits, towels and more.

It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Activities such as fishing, golfing, shopping, watersports and wildlife viewing are nearby––there truly is something for everyone.

There is wireless internet access, and six televisions on the property, with a DVD player and the option to sign in to your personal streaming service. There are board games for those evenings when you want to stay inside and enjoy quality time together, with lots of comfortable seating in the common living area. Speaking of evenings, you can roast s'mores over the fire pit next to the private pool and use the outdoor park grill to prepare a feast. The options are endless!

This property welcomes up to 18 people and has up to seven parking spaces. Enjoy the beach town vibes and famous shores of Oak Island!

"Loved the location! The pool, when the filter was working (the pool company had to fix it and shock the pool on day 3) was awesome! Plenty of pool furniture! Loved there was a fire pit but we couldn't find any firewood anywhere so we didn't use it :(The house had a lot of space for us all, enough beds, big enough dining table and living room space for all. A lot of parking which was great! The space under the deck was awesome, spacious, coverage from the rain, great outdoor shower. Loved the hose hook up below to rinse off after the beach. Plenty of plates, silverware, knives, cups. So happy with the Keurig!"

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry that the pool filter malfunctioned during your stay, but are glad to hear the pool company got things fixed! While there are exceptions, owners generally do not provide firewood at properties with firepits, but firewood is available for purchase at several island locations, including Food Lion, Publix, Oak Island Hardware and the Kangaroo Gas Station by our office. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
